All saddle clips can be hand washed in warm soapy water but to keep them at their best ensure to thoroughly rinse and dry (especially the metal work).

The military specification requires that 225 feet of paracord weigh 1 pound or less, because of this these saddle clips are extremely lightweight. Due to the sheath being tightly knitted they do not get overly saturated from rain but even when they do eventually become wetter, they remain light.
